Green-Field allows the creation of suppliers without CSD numbers. This feature might only be available on certain supplier types depending on the setup.

Primary information

Physical Address

Capture the suppliers primary physical address. More addresses can be added by using the address menu. At least one physical address must be captured.

Postal Address

Capture the suppliers postal address. More addresses can be added by using the address menu. At least one postal address must be captured.

Primary Contact Person

Capture the name and contact details of the primary contract person from the suppliers.

More contacts linked to different contact types can added by using the contact options. 

Certain contact types might be compulsory depending on the setup. 

One or more of the contacts can be marked as "Quotation Contact". This contact will be notified if any closed RFQ's are sent to the supplier.

If a supplier does not have a valid "Quotation Contact" contact then no RFQ notification will be sent to the supplier.
