Green-Field can have managed and un-managed suppliers.

Managed suppliers: These are suppliers who is registered with the SOE. These are know suppliers, their data and status's are managed by Green-Field.

Un-Managed suppliers: These are suppliers who is on the CSD. We can request quotes from these suppliers but we do not manage their data or status. This is all done via CSD.

Once work is awarded to a un-managed suppliers, the supplier will be converted to a managed supplier.

Un-Managed suppliers are synced to Green-Field via the commodity code. Any number of commodity codes can be selected for download. The downloads are handled with the scheduler and is done periodically.
