To schedule a committee meeting, navigate to the committee meetings page.
Click the New button
Committee Type: Select the relevant committee type.
Description: Enter a brief description of the meeting.
Start and End Date: Enter the start date and time as well as the end date and time of the meeting. A meeting can span multiple days. The dates are used for reporting and tracking and the system will enforce the meeting to be held at the specific dates.
Committee members: A list of members that will be in the meeting (from the nominating committee members)
Meeting Chair: The user responsible for attendance register, declaration of interest and the opening and closing of the meeting.
