The tender advert is the cover of the advertised bid, it’s a summary that the potential bidders will see on the vendor portal. The system automatically creates the advert based on the captured date. The user has the ability to edit the advert.

Documents like specifications etc. will be visible to download and does not have to be in the advert. The advert can be seen as a summary of the tender.

To edit the advert, click the Edit Advert button.

The attachment section at the bottom of the window shows all documents that will be visible to potential bidders.
