Workflow Tasks is a module where users can create custom forms and let designated users complete these forms on a scheduled bases.
This is typically used for administration tasks like, checking backups, logs etc.
Configure a workflow task is a three step process
1. Configure the custom form that the user will have to complete. See the Custom Forms section on how to create the custom forms
2. Creating a custom workflow for the task. See the Custom workflow section on how to create the custom forms
3. Create the workflow task by selecting the form, workflow and frequency the task must be executed. The frequency is in days
The task can be started manually at any time on the admin console or it can be started by the scheduler.
Once a task is initiated the user will receive an email and a task will be in their inboxes for completion.
Completed and in-progress tasks can viewed and track by using the Workflow Transaction menu on the admin console
