Viewing Access per department


Admin->Assign users to Cost Centers

 

Assign user(s) to departments

 

This will allow you to view which user has access to which department and which role the fulfill in that department. This window can also be used to add and edit the access

Note that assigning a user to an approval role, but not adding the role to a workflow will not allow the user to approve tasks
