This feature is used to copy an approval structure from one department or requisition type to another.

Source Approval Structure

Select the department, requisition and structure type of the source structure. This is the structure that you want to duplicate to another department or requisition type

Target Approval Structure

Select the department you want to copy the approval structure to. Select the requisition type and structure type of the target or destination department.

You can copy the source structure to multiple destination departments and requisition types.

Warning Ensure that the target or destination structure is empty. (You can Delete the structure from the approval structure menu). When copying the department the system will append the source structure to the destination structure. So if the destination isn't empty it could cause duplication's
