Below is a list of items that must be performed regularly to ensure Green-Field operates at an optimal level.

The items may be different depending on which modules are in use and clients site configurations

Note that these report can contain a large amount of data. So be careful not the select to a wide a date period

 

  • Check for available resources on ALL servers

 

Log into each server and check the available disc space along with the servers memory usage.

 

  • Check Sync log for any errors

 

Open report manager and click on the report called

Report Name: Sync Log

This report is generated for a specific period. This reports the activity that the sync. sub system is doing. Not all entry's are errors. Check the log for any potential problems.

 

 

  • Check the Accounting system integration logs

 

The accounting system integration logs shows all transactions passing between Green-field and the relevant accounting system

The access this report open report manager and click the report. It will be named according to your accounting system

Report Name: SAP Requisition Interface

 

  • System Error Log

 

Check the system error log and correct any potential problems

Report Name: Error Log

 

  • Audit Log

 

The audit log shows system and security related features. This includes failed logging attempts and which users made changes to which system settings
