Create RFQ's (Request for quotation)

To Create and RFQ a user can click on the "Quotes" button

From here the user can fill in the RFQ details, that the suppliers will be seeing

Once that is complete users can simple click the "Create RFQ" Button and the program will send emails to suppliers that have been selected by the logic.

If the system is set to allow Manual RFQ creations then the use can fill in the Details and select the correct suppliers(the same appliers if a user wants to re-initiate a RFQ if they haven't received enough responses a number of times)
