  • Setup System Scoring options. This is how the user will score. For example poor, adequate or good.
    • Admin->Scorecard Options
  • Scorecards (Evaluation Criteria).
    • Admin->Scorecard Maintenance. These values can be defaulted to contract and requisitions. It is not a requirement to set this up but it's recommended that ALL scorecards use the same scoring options and scale. This makes for easier reporting across different modules
  • Create Forms for Scorecards and Progress Reports
  • Assign Forms
  • Create Workflow(s) Sets or inherit from default
    • Workflow can be defaulted from the Contract Type
    • Or can be setup manually
  • Setup Evaluation Schedules
