Sending overdue emails for requisitions and Suppliers (Overdue approvals)

These emails are sent via the scheduler there' two tasks

SendOverDueSupplier_Approvals

The emails are sent to predefined users. They are setup in the Add hoc settings table with key Suppplier.ApprovalOverDueNotifyUserEmail Email address's are captured and NOT user names. Users can be seperated by a comma ,

The number of days a user has to approve a supplier is setup in add hoc settings with key Supplier.DefaultApprovalDays

One email per supplier is sent!!

Auto void and notification

Send with the scheduler task PRAutoVoid

Auto void warning is set in syssystemsettings.AutovoidWarningDays table The warning email and the voiding is sent with the same task. Auto void is set with AutoVoidDays
